Karate-ka of all ranks, ages, styles, and federations are invited to the 2025 AAU Karate Training Camp, on May 3 in Grayslake, IL (north of Chicago). It will take place at the College of Lake County, which is also the site of the Region 6 Championship, on Sunday, May 4.
Featuring three world class instructors:
The camp will focus on psychological, physical, nutritional aspects of training and peak performance in kobudo, kata, and kumite competition.
Discounts for Early registrants as well as people who also register for the Region 6 Championship.
People who are interested in becoming better coaches and/or becoming an AAU National Coach are invited to attend at a spectator fee.
Registering only for the training camp, Saturday, May 3.
If you register to compete at the Region 6 Championship, receive a discounted entry fee to the training camp. The Region 6 Championship is a separate entry fee.
